Burnt Mountain Route The Burnt Mountain Route starts at the IGA grocery store parking lot located at the intersection of Steve Tate and Sam Tate Highways in Holcomb, GA. From Atlanta, take GA-400 North. Turn left at hwy-53 towards Dawsonville. Hwy-53 is just past the North Georgia Premium Outlets. Continue on Hwy-53 past Dawsonville until you see the IGA on the right.
