Testing Services

  • Training Zone "Metabolic" Testing - determines your Lactate Threshold, your VO2max, your Aerobic (fat burning) Threshold and your Predicted Max Heart Rate
  • Blood Lactate Testing - extremely accurate determination of your Lactate Threshold and anaerobic capacity. Does not assess you overall aerobic strength and does not measure your VO2max
  • Resting Metabolic Rate Testing - determines your resting metabolic level in terms of calories burned per day. This test is the foundation for any sensible weight loss program.
  • Body Fat Measurement - we use a seven point caliper test for easy repeat measurements and consistent comparative results
